Change the company greeting

1. Log into system administration
   1. Press the Feature button , then 983.
   2. The display will read LOG.  Enter your login password. 
      • If your company extensions are 2 digits long enter "120000"
      • If your company extensions are 3 digits long enter "1020000"
      • If your company extensions are 4 digits long enter "10020000"
       
2. Select OK.
3. Display will read: ADMIN MBOX  AA  OTHER.
4. Select AA.
5. Display will read GREET  TABLES  LINES.
6. Select GREET.
7. Display will read GREET  AA.
8. Select GREET again. 
9. Display prompts for the Greeting Number (1-4).
10. Select "1" then OK. 
11. Display will read RETRY  PLAY  REC
12. Select PLAY to verify that this is the greeting you wish to change. (Note: If this is not the correct greeting try 2, 3, or 4 in step 11). 
13. Select REC. 
14. Once satisfied with the recording you have made select ACCEPT. 
15. To end this session, press the release key.
